Fall 2009 Game Schedule

Fire lost their game in Omaha on October 18, 2008 but turned up the heat the following day while playing an undefeated Council Bluffs team.  Fire won 3-0.  The girls worked hard and were pleased about their victory.

Last year the team name was the Flames and they won the Lincoln Cup Tournament in a shoot-out.  The championship game had a series of overtimes.  Still tied, a shoot-out is how the winner was to be decided.  Each team picks 5 players to shoot a shot a the opposing team's goalie.  Which team gets the most goals, wins.  Below is a video I took of the last few minutes of a tough weekend of games.
